Course Description and Objectives:

Even with the fact that the engineering design of the aircraft has greatly improved parallel to the advancement of technology, one factor that is constant and sensitive to both internal and external factors is the humans involved in the operation of the aircraft.

That is why it is determined and accepted industry-wide that the major factor of aviation-related incidents and accidents are caused by human actions and decisions.

At the end of this training course, the participant will successfully be able to:

• Explain the theory and principles of human factors
• Determine the different factors that affect the safety and quality of aircraft 
• Practice the different corrective measures to avoid incidents or accidents from the human factor
