Course Description and Objectives:

To ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft, aviation professionals and engineers have identified the need to perform maintenance on the ramp in between scheduled flights and inside the hangar for maintenance that requires extended periods of servicing and resources.

At the end of this training course, the participant will successfully be able to:

• Explain the difference between Line and Base Maintenance
• Identify the requirements to successfully perform Line Maintenance
• Identify the requirements to successfully perform Base Maintenance
• Apply the theories and principles of Line and Base Maintenance
